The Original Umbrella Weight Bag! The Gravipod 18" Round umbrella weight bag provides extra protection when weather conditions call for it, featuring a patented, unique design that offers superior durability and performance. With Ballistic Rip-Stop fabric, triple reinforced seams, industrial velcro, and an easy-fill top load opening, this weight bag is designed to complement the shape of your round umbrella stand.

Filling the weight with sand offers significantly more weight, density, and holding power than water, and is not impacted by temperature extremes. The weight will fit over umbrella posts of up to 3.5" diameter and holds approximately 0.85 cu/ft or 85 pounds of sand. Please keep this in mind when shopping for sand/ballast, as sand is not included with the purchase of the weight bag.

Our new round weight bag design is simple and convenient, allowing you to simply fill it with your own sand and install it over the top of the umbrella stand post, making it ready to go. Designed to fit almost any umbrella, including Cantilever, Market, or Garden posts up to 3.5", the weight bag is rugged and durable, with Ballistic Rip-stop polyester, PVC lining, and triple stitch-locked seams.

By adding up to 85 lbs of gravity to your existing umbrella stand, the Gravipod can increase the stability of your setup, and additional Gravipods can be stacked for even greater stability. The soft, easy-on-the-toes design features no hard edges to kick, and is rust, ding, and dent-free.
